1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our AI services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Services Provided

Farhan Siddiqui provides AI consulting and development services including:

• • LLM Fine-tuning and Generative AI
• • Computer Vision Solutions
• • Natural Language Processing
• • Full-Stack AI Applications
• • Predictive Analytics

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• • Provide accurate and complete information
• • Respond to requests for information in a timely manner
• • Respect intellectual property rights
• • Use our services in compliance with applicable laws
• • Pay all fees as agreed upon

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are established on a project-by-project basis. Generally:

• • 50% deposit required to start work
• • Remaining balance due upon project completion
• • Late payments may incur additional fees
• • Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom code and solutions developed specifically for their project. However, we retain rights to:

• • Pre-existing intellectual property
• • Generic solutions not specific to client needs

6. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of all client information and agree to:

• • Maintain strict confidentiality of proprietary information

• • Sign additional NDAs when required

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for:

8. Project Scope and Changes

Project scope is defined in individual project agreements. Changes to scope may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments.

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination:

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
